Return & Refund Policy
Return:
- Returns are possible if unfortunately the items ordered are:
- Wrongly sent
- Faulty / defective
- For above (i) and (ii), please submit pictures to E_sales@junchongmarketing.com
- The returned items will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition.
- Returned items must be undamaged, with original condition in original shpping container as received.
- Minor defects like damaged of carton or packaging will not allow to be returned.
- If an item is faulty, or different from the order then we will meet our obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product, the item is provided to be returned within 7 days.
Exchange:
- The returned item for exchanging is allowed when wrongly sent, items defective and customer wrongly order in size, capacity or color.
- Returned items must be undamaged, in original condition in original shipping container as received if customer wrongly order and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Subject to stock availability, i.e., size, color, etc. You may wish to check the item’s availability online. We will reserve once you inform us E_sales@junchongmarketing.com
- For customer wrongly orders, the shipping cost of return and exchange items will be borne by the buyer.
- For exchange item, please email us E_sales@junchongmarketing.com within 3 days of receiving your order, failing which your request will not be entertained.
- After verifying and agreed upon the item to be returned and/or exchanged, buyers must return the item in good conditions, within 7 days of receiving. Failing which the request is invalid.
- "Please return by courier service only" and provide tracking reference for the return.
- We will not be responsible should there be a delay in shipping which may not meet your expected date of receiving, i.e., function or during festive season, etc.
Refund:
- If the goods/products have been used or damaged, there will not be any refund.
- We will not be responsible to refund if the shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have checked and confirm the returned goods/products in good condition, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
